WHEN TO USE IT?
If you are using the light therapy lamp to help with winter blues and SAD, it is best to use it during the early morning. However, some people may feel the effectiveness during the early evenings. Try what works for you and try to use it around the same time every day.
Having a hard time waking up in the morning? Switch the light on as soon as you wake up to help boost your alertness and energy to get your day started
Feeling tired, sleep or fall asleep too early? Use the lamp in the late afternoon/early evening. It is best to avoid bright lights before bedtime (within about 3 hours- as you may find it difficult to sleep.)
