Job: Customer Services Specialist I (CSS I)
Location: Distribution Center, Mexico, Missouri

SUMMARY:

The CSSI is responsible for providing the highest level of service to our internal/external customers by building rapport as well as representing Brookstone in a professional manner. The CSS I processes Brookstone telephone (catalog/internet) sales orders using the proper ordering information and enters them into the Direct Marketing system and/or website. Resolves customer issues by creating unique solutions as well as utilizing our service guidelines to effectively resolve customer issues and save the sale. Regular and reliable attendance is a basic requirement of this job.
