- Customers must coordinate and pay for return shipping.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- Some items are final sale and non-refundable, including personalized items and personal care products (e.g., pillows, sock-wear).
- Unopened/sealed items are returnable.
- For Brookstone items purchased from other sellers, returns must be handled by the place of purchase.
