2. BROOKSTONE RETURN POLICY

We want you to love shopping at Brookstone.com. If products purchased from Brookstone.com do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, please refer to the original manufacturer's warranty for product and service issues. You will be refunded the method in which you paid. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please call Brookstone.com Customer Care at 1-800-846-3000 before shipping returned product. PLEASE NOTE: some items such as personalized, “final sale” and “personal care” items are non-refundable. See full “Non-Refundable Items” paragraph below for these exceptions.

  • Brookstone-Branded Items Purchased from Stores or Other Sellers
    • If you purchased a Brookstone product at a retail store or from another seller, those returns or exchanges must go through the place of purchase.
  • Massage Chair Return Policy
    • Massage chairs may only be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery, with an original receipt by calling the chair manufacturer directly. Massage chairs are subject to a return shipping and restocking fee once the order is placed, except where defective or prohibited by law. See each massage chair's product page for return details.
       
  • Non-Refundable Items
    • Non-Refundable items include: pillows, sock-wear or any other “personal care” products. Personal Care is defined as any product that makes direct and continuous contact with the skin. Unopened / sealed items are acceptable for return. Personalized items and items marked as final sale or non-returnable are also ineligible for refunds
       
  • Brookstone Company Discretion
    • We reserve the right to deny any return if conditions of this Return Policy are not met and/or if items are used outside of the manufacturer’s specifications. 
       
  • NOTE: Mall Purchases after August 6, 2018:
    • Due to liquidation pricing in our Mall locations, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

Brookstone accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB, and Discover. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. Partial orders are billed as each item is shipped. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card.

 

4. PROBLEMS ORDERING ONLINE?

If you experience technical problems while ordering online, please contact Customer Care.


5. MULTIPLE CREDIT CARD ORDERS

Unfortunately, our site cannot accept orders using multiple credit cards. However, you may call one of our Sales Associates to place an order using up to three different credit cards as long as the cardholder name and billing address for each card is the same. 6. DELIVERIES

Most orders are shipped from our Distribution Center, arrive five to seven business days from receipt of your order.


7. TRACKING ORDERS

We are pleased to offer online package tracking for orders that have already shipped from our warehouse. Order tracking is not available for certain specialty items, or for items that ship via the US Postal Service. To access package tracking, please click here.
