California Transparency in Supply Chain Act of 2010
The California Transparency in Supply Chain Act requires companies to disclose what they are doing to address human trafficking and slavery in their supply chains. Digital Innovation, Inc, expects its vendors, licensees, and any third party working on their behalf to comply with any and all applicable international, national and local laws and regulations pertaining to their employment practices and policies. No vendor, licensee or any third party working on our behalf should use “forced” or “child” labor. Digital Innovation, Inc, requires all of their suppliers to annually certify compliance with their Regulatory and Social Compliance Terms of Engagement which specifically prohibit human trafficking, child, and forced labor. In addition, each vendor agrees to submit to periodic audits conducted by Digital Innovation, Inc, or its agent in order to monitor and access compliance. Digital Innovation, Inc, will not conduct business with Suppliers who do not provide such certifications and failure of suppliers to abide by such Terms of Engagement can result in corrective action up to and include termination of all existing and future business. Failure of employees to abide by Digital Innovation policies and procedures can result in corrective action up to and include termination of employment. Digital Innovation, Inc, will provide annual training on these issues and related topics to employees and management with direct responsibility for supply chain management.

Digital Innovation, Inc, monitors the integrity of its security practices and communicates its security guidelines to its business partners within the supply chain to ensure compliance.
