Bought this for daughters 2 & 4 for them to learn when it's time to sleep & wake. It's not battery operated, so it needs to be plugged in (con), then, the frame itself tilts upward, so while laying down in bed, it's difficult to see image(s)becasue of the angle it's at. The leg that sticks out of the frame should adjust so the frame can tilt up or down. The remote control is flimsy, and already peeling apart (owned it for 2 months), and the worst part is learning how to operate the clock or troubleshoot. The instruction manual is a joke. I had to call to ask how to upload the same day I got it. Customer service was nice, but it definately was not listed in the manual. Nothing is in the manual and if you are like me and don't have a lot of time to sit and play with it to figure out everything it's supposed to do, this is not the product for you. I spent at least 2 hours trying to get it to do what it said it could do and I only got 1-2 things going before I got frustrated and gave up. Now all it's used for is the sleep & wake photos. It looked like a cool product, too bad I don't have all day to sit and try to figure it out. The manual is approx 2 pages of the easy stuff. The concept is good, and it looks cute in their room, but for over $100, I expected it to be more functional and thorough. Disappointing.
