This handy stand has an x-shaped platform with rubber corners that hold my iPad firmly and let me rotate and angle it to any position so I can view the web and movies hands-free, and type and work on it at easily. Great for use in the kitchen to follow recipes hands-free, too. And when you're done, the stand folds flat to store out of the way. Very versatile!

My dad loves it. He uses it all the time. He has found that it is makes him use his ipad more and his wrists don't get as tired typing like it use it when he would hold it in front of him. The only con is that it is sometimes hard to unclip the ipad out of the stand.

I would have to give this stand an outstanding two thumbs up, however please take heed to my coment for the second model. I would very much like it to break down simply by unlocking the bottom of stand; so that it may fold up compactably in order to fit in same case that holds all my,"IPad," pieces.
