I use it on my office chair everyday and have taken it with me while traveling in my car as well. Having sciatica (nerve issues), this seat pad relieves the pain in my lower back, rear and hamstring (back of leg). I would recommend this product.

It is comfortable for short drives, but I went on a trip recently and the extra hard edges of the cushion put too much pressure on my hamstrings which could cause sciatica. If the cushion's circumference was wider or the edges were softer, I don't think this would be a problem.

I use this cushion any time I ride in my new car. I am tall 6'5" and the sit in my car just doesnt have the lumbar support I need. I use the cushion every time I get in my car. I have no soreness in my lower back and have not felt the pins and needles in my buttocks or leg since I have been using this cushion. I highly recommend it.
