Instructions did not explain how to use it. Had to go on the internet to see how it is supposed to work. When I put it on the bottle and pull up, it just pulls it out of the bottle. When I try to hold the bottom section on the bottle with one hand and pump the top section with the other hand, I just pinch the hand that's holding the bottom section. I now have a left hand covered with blood blisters. It also creates tiny plastic shavings from the inner part of the pump each time I pump it.
