For several years, I wanted to use cordless candles as window decorations for Christmas. I was very excited when I ordered (10) of these candles last year. It was very easy assembling each candle and securing it in the window. The only thing I do not like about this product is that the bulb is not clear...it gives off a more amber light. My preference would be clear bulbs. If a clear bulb can be made for this candles, I would love this product even more.

I have looked for a bracket candle that would fit a sill-less window. I was so thrilled to be inside looking at this well designed candle that was so pleasing to my eye. Also it is a tight fit in the window. What is great about it is that I did not have to think about plugging a cord in or turning the bulb to shut the candle off. This design did all this for me. A help in busy holiday times.

Ordered these candles really close to Christmas and they arrived before Christmas even after I put in the wrong zipcode! Brookstone paid to have another pair sent to the correct address. Candles were a gift for my mother-in-law and she was very happy with them. Everyone admired them on Christmas. She absolutely loved them. Definite good buy.

No more worries about the cats knocking the candles out of the window! They are easy to install and the batteries last longer than the Christmas season and then I just put the batteries in the drawer and we use them for other things.

Easy to put together and if you do it in daylight, don't think there is something wrong when the light goes out as soon as you turn the bulb, because it detects daylight and shuts itself off. They came right on at dusk just as promised.
