This watch was desighed to meet the needs of divers,the spring bars are screwed in so the strap will not come off during sports on land or in water. The lume will glow brightly when exposed to light then fade a bit and remain readable all night long with a blue tint kinda like a Rolex dive watch.It's comfortable to wear day or night when sleeping.The dial is unclutered ,the watch is a treat to strap on ,a great deal.
