I had to flip the straps on this before they would work properly. They factory had put the buckles on backwards, facing the dogs body so that they were not adjustable once the pack was on the dog. The bags were much smaller than other packs onthe market. I could only fit a water bottle and some clean up bags in one bag. I have a Great Dane and I'm not worryied about him carrying a little weight. It was easy to use once I got it adjusted. I just wish the bags held the same amount that other packs on the market do.
