This BergHOFF 10" covered deep skillet with glass cover holds 3.2 quarts and has a cast aluminum body for fast and equal heat distribution.
Pan contains a 3-layer ferno ceramic coating, making it non-stick, eco-friendly, and safe (PFOA and PTFE free). Includes a glass lid with black silicone handles. Also features a built-in resting place to set the lid into, instead of trying to decide what to do with it when you are tending to the contents in the pan. Pouring off liquids while the cover remains on the pot is possible thanks to the special holes in the rim.
