The USS Arizona (BB-39) was a Pennsylvania-class battleship of the United States Navy and the first to be named "Arizona".

She is most remembered because of her sinking, with the loss of 1,177 lives, during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7 1941, the event that goaded the US into World War II.

One of the few who survived the "Day of Infamy," was Radioman Third Class Glenn Lane. He was blown off the Arizona’s burning deck, but was able to dog-paddle through the oily water of Battleship Row and climb aboard the USS Nevada—which was hit by the second wave of fighter planes, but was able to get underway during the attack, taking Lane with it.

Black-and-white photograph is personally signed by survivor Glenn Lane. Limited Edition print - Certificate of Authenticity included.
