I use the Medis for listening to music, calling, computer work, while I'm running/walking, ect. They have great sound quality extremely comfortable an light. I or them mainly for the reason of the fact that you can hear your surroundings. I like this because I can pause my music and still have the earbuds it and hear my surroundings perfectly without having to take them out. One thing that I found is the remote on the microphone. It's only one button and there are no volume buttons. The one button also doesnt work that well for triple and double clicking (skipping or rewinding a song). Also most other head phones have the remote and mic on the right bud, instead the medis has it on the left which takes so getting use to. Also I would like the remote and mic to be a little bit lower on the wire. Besides that I live thes earbuds

I cannot get a normal pair of earbuds to work for me but these are totally different and I loved them! Got a set as a gift and plan on buying another!
