Overall: good product. You shouldn't carry a computer bag without one of these. It keeps it comfortable and in place. I have owned three of these. The first one lasted at least 7 years of daily use, and it was just wearing out. Not unexpected from the frequency of use, carrying a bag up to four times a day. Inside the shoulder strap became brittle with age, and I was afraid it would wear on the fabric of my suits and sport coats. The second lasted less than six months when the stitching came apart on one side and I feared it would just drop my computer bag. I bought another in ATL. I didn't have the receipt, so warranty repair wasn't possible, but I would have had to pay shipping on the front end anyway. It was overall cheaper and far more convenient to just buy another.
