This phone case seemed like a good idea until I tried to put my Samsung Infuse Android phone in it. The fit was so tight, it was a problem to remove it to make or answer a call, even with the included pull-up strap. Nice case for smaller phones.

This is the only slip case I have found that fits an iPhone 4 in a slim shell-type case. (I use the CAseCorwn model.) This allows protection from drops or scratches when the phone is not is use, and preserves the ability to keep the phone in a slim shell case when in use. I have bought about 6 for family and friends - everyone loves them. Now we just need a slightly different version for the iPhone 5!
