The chair was easy to assemble and is sturdy and attractive. One key step in the assembly, however, is not clear from the instructions - removing the piston cap. Skipping this step prevents the chair height adjustment from working, and following steps cannot be undone! However, Unico was able to walk me through an alternative process for removing the cap. It seems however that this is a known problem and a step commonly overlooked, so they should probably update their assembly instructions.
