Very disappointed in the quality of this product. The handles are falling apart after less than a year! The strings are coming off the handle, and it looks terrible. I tried to exchange it at a Brookstone store, but they only carry it at the Brookstone airport stores. It does hold a lot, including my 17" laptop, and makes a great carry-on bag.

I bought this as a gift. The only draw back is that you can't choose your color and the strap that holds the bag together when folded is removeable so easy to lose.

This tote is great for travel. It holds my big 17" laptop, plus a purse and other travel necessities. I bought it after a gate agent commented that my purse looked "too big" for a carry on purse, because I had my laptop sticking out of it. Best [$] I ever spent! The only issue was the strings on the handle started to unravel, so fortunately I was able to exchange it the next time I went to the airport. Thanks, Brookstone for a great product and great customer service.

I was looking for a everyday-tote that I can throw in my car, bring to work and put my papers etc in. This tote was surprising quality, I was afraid because it was cheap, it might be weak but it's sturdy. My only problem was it was too big for me (I'm 5'3") to carry as a everyday bag. I was commented as "a little girl carrying her mom's bag". Hahaha. Still love this bag though!

All in all, a great travel tote that's so roomy and good looking, you wouldn't know it folds down so small when it's not being used. And it's tough enough for shopping and trips to the library, too.
