Five tactile buttons on top of the sound machine make it easy to navigate sound programs, adjust volume, set the timer, and activate our Sleep Enhancement Technology. You can even adjust the unit's brightness--something no two sleepers seem to agree on--by feel. Here's how: With the unit on, press and hold the power button. The display brightness will automatically cycle through four levels of intensity. Release the power button to set the brightness at your chosen level.
