Bought four, including one for myself and three others for holiday gifts, but I was disappointed with my test-drive of the one I had intended to keep. Fabrics placed inside do not heat evenly or get as toasty-warm as I had hoped. Also, some synthetic blankets have a decidely unpleasant chemical smell when heated, which is consistent with the user guide's advisory that the best results are achieved with cotton and cotton blend fabrics.

We dislike the freestanding towel warmers that are thin bar, open-rack style. They don't heat towels evenly. We use this with extra-thick, luxury bath sheets. One sheet fits the large unit perfectly. Put the towel in before stepping into the shower, and it's warmed up when you're done. This is a simple, well-designed appliance and we love it!

I own both styles and use them daily. My 92 year old Mom always wants to be cozy, even in the summer. Warming her towels, pj's and even her clothing makes her so happy. Towel Spas make great gifts for anyone, but especially the sick or elderly. These units should be in nursing homes across America.

I first purchased one of these for my home, skeptical of the price vs. quality. However, once I used it I knew that I needed an additional one for my pool (everyone wants a warm towel getting out of the pool), and 3 additional units for a Spas that I work with by providing them with all of their spa essentials. This product affords you all the amenities that you receive at a Spa; warm hand towels, face towels, bath towels, robes, etc.

I use this to warm my towels in the morning and then at night I put my pj's in and put them on just before getting into bed. That give's me a warm cozy feeling and off to sleep I go. I'm going to give this to my daughter who lives in upper NY. I know she will love getting this for Christmas.

I warm up my robe every time i take a shower or bath. It has a wonderful cozy feeling. However I do wish it would stay warmer longer so you dont have to keep resetting the heat button if you take longer than 10 minutes.

I received this as a Christmas gift and love it! Two large and thick bath towels fit in the unit easily. My husband and I use this every day and there is nothing like having a warm towel to dry with on cold winter days. The only suggestion I would like to make is a temperature control. I'd prefer the unit to be a bit warmer but realize that might not suit everyone. This was the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
