TimeSmart® Self-Setting Projection Clock
Sets itself and displays the time on your wall or ceiling in a sharp, high-quality image.
See the time clearly on your wall or ceiling. Just plug in our self-setting projection clock and select your time zone. It automatically sets itself to the correct time--and thanks to its built-in projection feature, you won't even have to move your head to see it! Just open your eyes to view the time in large digits displayed on your wall or ceiling. Projector has focus adjustment to ensure a crystal-clear image and flips 180° to change the orientation of the image so you can see the time from any position in the room without moving the clock.
A smart alarm clock loaded with user-friendly features.
The TimeSmart® Self-Setting Projection Clock has dual crescendo alarms with snooze to wake you gradually and let you set two separate wake-up times. Fumble-free pop-up alarm buttons are easy to find first thing in the morning. The easy-to-read display shows the time and has an adjustable backlight with five settings to choose from: High, Medium, Low, Dim or Off.
TimeSmart® clocks never need setting—or resetting.
As with all of our TimeSmart® clocks, the projection clock automatically sets the right time and resets after power outages or unplugging. It even remembers your alarm settings! The extra long-life battery back-up system lasts five years, so the time will always be accurate, even through numerous power interruptions. Plus, the clock adjusts to six time zones, and auto-adjusts for Daylight Savings Time.
See the time clearly on your wall or ceiling with our TimeSmart Self-Setting Projection Clock. Order from Brookstone today!

This projection clock is perfect for me because I have a hard time reading a bedside alarm clock. When I want to know what time it is, I just look at the ceiling! I really like the self-setting feature, too. All you have to do it plug it in—no glasses needed! It resets after power outages and even remembers your settings!

About me: Electronic Engineer replacing red-projected time display. The clock: A. This clock comes close to being great! The issues are subtle but primarily a few engineering opinions on what "WE" want. Both modes of this clock are too bright. Part of Internet version 2 (interactive) is that users can adjust 'everything' to the way that THEY want it, not the way that someone else wants it. These guys don't "get it." They made reasonable choices based on their opinions on how the clock will be used. However, we like to sleep in almost total darkness and it is impossible to reduce intensity to a reasonable value. B. Some of the settings are counter intuitive, for example, if you adjust the clock brightness by holding down the SNOOZE button, I would assume that you adjust the projection brightness by holding down the PROJ button - NOT! C. Another user pointed out that the projected display only flips 180 degrees. My last clock adjusted 90 degrees so I had four directions I could project. Best practices: Be able to adjust in 5 or 10 degree increments throughout the range and have projector lens point in any direction. D. I really bought this because it was a "Self-Setting Clock." It is NOT! I once read that if you needed a clock, it should be able to set itself, like my OTHER clocks do by picking up US Govt radio broadcasts of time. This clock just has a battery backup - not the same thing. Battery backup is Same Old Thing I have had for 40 years.

Comments about TimeSmart® Self-Setting Projection Clock:
The projection light is way too bright - it lights up the entire room, and I cannot tone the light down. The time does not automatically adjust to time changes, such as daylight savings; neither can I figure out how to change the time. I am returning the clock.

Comments about TimeSmart® Self-Setting Projection Clock:
Excellent product, but don't buy it unless you want to use it as a lamp. Unfortunately I bought it in US and brought home (overseas), otherwise I would return it. It lights the bedroom as if you had a lamp on and there's no way to reduce light from the panel. It is beautiful and easy to use, I like the sound of the alarm.
