Comments about Thera Cane Massager Self-Massaging Stick:
I absolutely love the thera cane and I wish I had heard about it early but better late than never. I do wish it was adjustable so that I could make it shorter for when I massage my face, I have TMJ and it works great to get the knots out of my jaw but it still works amazing anyways, just have to do some fancy manuevering when massaging the face.

Comments about Thera Cane Massager Self-Massaging Stick:
With one cervical surgery behind me and several badly compressed disks to boot, I've tried a couple dozen devices for back pain. This awkward looking device is intuitive and reaches those impossible to get at knots in the muscles and every part of your back. Because of the shape of this 'sheppards hook', you can really get leverage and dig into your sore back. Be careful not to get carried away though, it's easy to give yourself a deep tissue massage and leave yourself sore. a little at a time is better.
