I love my pillow ! My sister visited me recently, and she brought in something that caught my eye.
So, I asked her what in the world it was.
She said 'this is my pillow', and it helps me sleep and I can't leave home without it !
She said, 'remember all the troubles I have had with my neck for so long ?' I told her, 'Yes ' !
Then she told me that she no longer had any problems with her neck since she has her pillow !
So, we went online while she was here, and ordered one for me !
My pillow literally puts me to sleep ! I had a huge issue with snoring, until I received my pillow !

I have had this pillow for over three years now. It worked well until about a year after I purchased it. At that point, the pillow started to go flat and lose its shape and effectiveness. I am a small person, so I wasn't too big or heavy for the pillow. I am not impressed with this pillow. I purchased a generic memory foam pillow and it has held up for two years now. Save your money and buy generic memory foam pillows.
I do stand by the Tempur-Pedic mattresses though.

I wanted to jump on this bandwagon given my many neck and spine issues. However, this pillow is rock hard. It continues to be rock hard several weeks later. I took off the cover in an attempt to soften up the experience, and it did help. But it just made a softer rock for my head.

This is my third one of these pillows.....even though they last for years. I cart my pillow with me when I travel just like a kid......don't want to be without it. Helps my neck issues SO much. It's different and takes getting used to but is SO worth it!

First I thought it was going to be way too firm. I hung in there and it has stopped my neck aches. Better night sleep, that makes for a much better day as I have fibromyalga and diabetes.

I bought one of these years ago and used it for years. It was great. This new one is much harder. My neck became stiff and sore using this new pillow. I couldn't turn my head without painful discomfort. And the discomfort wouldn't go away until I stopped using the pillow for a couple of days. I threw the pillow in the closet. Maybe in a couple of years the material will soften up and it will be useable. Couldn't return it because I took it out of the plastic bag.

I purchased the same pillow years ago and it has been great; however, the newer version is too hard and too high. I woke up with numb arms and fingers each time I used it. Very disappointed in the pillow, as I could not return it to try the next size down. I ordered a medium and it was too high for me. Unfortunately, an expensive pillow I can't use.
