Warranty:
Tempur-Pedic, Inc. guarantees that your Tempur-Pedic Mattress Pad Overlay will be replaced or repaired at their option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the five (5) year warranty period. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the TEMPUR® pressure-relieving material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature – aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the overlay. The terry-cloth overlay cover is warranted for two (2) years against faults in material or workmanship.

When our granddaughter said to her mother the she couldn't wait to get back to her bed at Culver Military Academy, Culver, IN, her mother couldn't figure that out. Previously, she had a gift from Grandma, a tempur-pedic mattress pad to help her have better nights' sleep. That started gifts of five more twin tempur-pedic pads given to grandchildren off to college. One other grandson, doing summer camp at Culver, rented his tempur-pedic pad out for $1 per night and made a nice "bundle" of spending money.
To be added to the count are two pads at our house and another at a temporary bed and breakfast/home in South Bend catering to Notre Dame football games.

All I can say is - not worth the money. I like nice things, but this really is a scam - either spring for the full depth "memory foam" mattress (which, I admit, is heavenly) or get a cheaper pad; the 1" tempurpedic pad really isn't worth it.

Bought a full size luxury mattress for guest room but a guest thought it too firm. Purchased the topper instead of returning the mattress for a softer one to switch out if needed.
Opened box, didn't smell order at first. Laid it on the living room carpet and whole house smells of a foamy chemical smell. Hope it disappears as the pad seems very soft and comfy.

Has made a positive difference in getting a good night's sleep with virtually no back ache the next day. For a 6'2", 250 lb man it should be at least twice as thick to be perfect.

The only downside is that this mattress topper smells terrible at first. We have been trying to air it out and I'm sure the smell will eventually go away but it stunk up the whole house when we first took it out of the box. I've bought pillows before that had this smell and it gradually went away but this king size mattress topper is alot bigger than a pillow and alot more smell. I can only hope it goes away soon.
