I have had this bed for 6 years and love it. When I travel for business I miss my bed and the good night sleep. Though after more than 6 years I do believe it is getting lumpy and starting to develop a cavity. I would recommend rotating the bed as per instructions. That might help with the lumps and cavity

Did feel hot initially, but once I got used to that it was a great bed. Helped my numerous back and neck issues. However, right at seven years the support left the mid-section and I feel like I'm in a hammock. The bed now gives me serious back aches and stiffness. I'll have to replace it, but the warranty requires a 3/4" permanent depression. I've now heard similar stories, so be forewarned on the useful life. The 20 year warranty is a bit misleading...if you're okay with the price and under 10 years of life, then it's a great system.

My husband and I woke up every morning with terrible back and neck pain. I decided to turn it as a gift to my daughter and her husband, thinking perhaps it was just our make-up that caused that. They both complained of back pain and her husband preferred to sleep on the sofa, then on the bed.
We both eventually got regular mattresses at a fraction of the price and now both families are sleeping great.

I use the classic bed for my primary bed. It did come with a pretty strong smell but I didn't mind it. I can understand how some people won't be able to stand it at all. It IS strong. But after about 3 weeks, the smell is pretty much gone.
