Sometimes it's great to get a bargain on things, like clothes or food. But some things you get what you pay for, like cars and kitchen equipment. This is one of the things you should definitely splurge on. You can't put a price on sleeping better or being pain free. I suffered a fall and hurt my back. I had back pain when i woke up every morning for the next few months. My friend suggested tempur pillows because her dad had back pain and his pain went away when he got one. She also used one and raved about how well she slept. So I tried the symphony pillow out and wow my pain went away and i woke up energized everyday, best sleep since i was a little kid. When the pillow gave out after a couple years, I decided to try this pillow because it was softer and not as dense and i'm a side/stomach sleeper. This pillow was everything i hoped for. The only thing i regret is that it's shorter than the standard symphony pillow, so I would have spot days where I actually rolled off the pillow and woke up with neck aches. I would recommend getting the queen size in order to make up for this. Other than that it's awesome!! I recommend either pillow and think that choosing between the two is just preference and nitpicking.

Wish I could order extra pillow covers like the one it comes in. (The part that zips off to wash.)

I never understood the whole "back sleeper" or "side sleeper" categories. I start on my side…but half the time I wake up on my back, having turned during the night. I'm glad there's now a Tempur-Pedic pillow that will provide equal comfort and support in either position!
