This air bed far and away exceeded my expectations for comfort. The manufacturer(INTEX)has done a fantastic job in the design and construction of this bed and, in my opinion, this has to be the best air bed on the market. It feels just as good as a real, high end mattress - possibly better because the firmness is adjustable. No sags, no leaks, no bulges, even support on the entire surface - even on the edges. Easy to inflate and deflate with the builtin pump.
I purchased this air bed from Brookstone because they showed the construction detail on the website - something I did not see elseware. Also, a complete refund is available within 30 days if not satisfied. I needed an inexpensive and portable solution to bedding at a new location (temporary) which I will be moving to. This certainly meets those needs.
I gave this product 5 stars because I am 100% satisfied with the purchase. Only 1 note of caution to other buyers : for a couple days, you will notice a slightly unpleasant chemical odor (as you would from a new shower curtain). This dissaptes quickly, however. Also, the material will streach after you first inflate it resulting in a slight loss of pressure after a few hours. Adding a small amount of air restores the desired firmness. There has been no need to operate the pump further after 1 week of use.
So far, I'm a very happy camper.

I have an apartment and needed to have an extra bed for company but this need is infrequent and so wanted one that could be easily stored in the limited space I have available. This bed is impossible to roll and fit back in bag - it is stuffed in a closet - very disappointing! You should know your product better!

This is a very good bed for extended guest visits. Easy to set up and inflate with the inboard electric pump. Not inexpensive but worth every penny. I highly recommend.

MY 1st mattress did not hold pressure over night from the beginning. Brookstone sent me a new one without any questions even though the manufacture did not have any warranty. 2nd mattress is holding pressure without issue. Thanks to Brookstone for excellent customer service.

This bed is extremely comfortable and it makes you feel grounded and safe as if you were sleeping in a real bed.
It so far has been incredibly durable and it does not give you the feeling that you could pop or bust it at any moment like most Airbeds I have had before.
I am currently using this as my bed for long term use. I'm hoping it stays as durable as it has been for a while.
