Lightly spray the inside and outside of the grilling pan with vegetable or olive oil before placing on the grill. Then place the items you want to grill in the coated grilling pan and place it directly on the grill grate. Using oven mitts or pot holders, grasp the handles and shake and toss the contents in the grilling pan to evenly cook the items. Take the pan to the table and serve.

This grilling pan is strong and durable-much heavier than I expected which was a good thing. Sears the vegetables as if they were directly on the grill, but no more having the peppers and onions "slip through the cracks."

Used this for roasts on the grill and had plenty of room to surround it with veggies etc to really add flavor to the entire meal. Cleaned easy with soap/water (I'd rather be safe and didn't put it in the dishwasher). The item was sturdy and held everything without worry of breaking and overall seems like a quality product. It also stops any of the small items from falling through. I would recommend for anyone who likes the flavor of grilling for their food
