I have used this product in two small space urban apartments since 2007. It is a great design. It is nearly invisible when it's not in use. I can pull out just the chairs for extra living room seating, or pull up the table sides for a dinner party. As the description states, it can easily seat 6 if you have more chairs. The only real cons are that the seating is not extremely comfortable and the table is not extremely sturdy. However, the pros far outweigh the cons.
