I bought this pillow for my sister who lives in an assited living home so she could watch television without disturbing others. However, the sound is far less than optimal. In fact with the dial up to its loudest, I (without hearing loss) cannot hear the television clearly and it has a distinct humm that is very distracting. Sadly it is not returnable and although the pillow is quality the speakers and sound are not quality.
