Have used Smart Swipe for several years. The only significant problem is the company is very slow to update software as browsers evolve and they do not support Google Chrome at all. Since I've swithced to Chrome and have stopped using Mozilla Firefox, Smart Swipe is completely useless to me.

Have used Smart Swipe for several years. The only significant problem is the company is very slow to update software as browsers evolve and they do not support Google Chrome at all. Since I've swithced to Chrome and have stopped using Mozilla Firefox, Smart Swipe is completely useless to me.

After Firefox updated it's software, SmartSwipe would not work, contact SmartSwipe customer service and was provided it updated software to correct the problem. Great customer service, fast responce. SmartSwipe works great and I'm glad I was purchased it.

Software changed settings on my computer. Correctable but should not have happened. Not all websites accept single card swipe. I still had to manually add expiration date for one purchase and my security code for another. Real concern was the settings change on my computer! I like the product but not quite as perfect as advertised.
