The product is beautiful and easy to assemble, it really did only take me 20 minutes to put it together! This product isnt actually shipped by Brookstone, but comes from its manufacturer Blue Rhino. Blue Rhino didnt package it well, and the first one arrived damaged. After contacting them we were able to quickly resolve the problem and had another one sent out immediately.
