This is a beautiful piece of furniture. I'm thrilled with the appearance and functionality of it. Obviously, with the price, it is not solid hardwood, but the finish is beautiful. My husband put it together and he said it was very easy with good directions.[...] If you are looking for a teeny tiny desk that will fit a laptop, this is the desk for you. Warning though, the pull out tray will only fit a skinny laptop. My old clunker laptop would not fit, so darn, I had to buy a slim pretty new red one.

This is space saver and looks nice in the room. However, one problem is that there are no holes in the back for computer wires to go through.

I love this cube! I live in my kitchen and had clutter(my laptop and stuff) all on my table. This unit solved that problem. The only thing it needed that it did not have was an access opening for electrical cords in the back. That was solved by cutting a hole for your laptop cord or in my case a power strip to hook up cell phone, ipod, etc. Over all it looks and works great!
