Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I bought it 2 months ago I use it 50 mins a day.
Wife uses it 1Hr a day.
She's lost 16lbs I have lost 12lbs, but all we wanted was to firm up.(Was getting a tummy) LOL
We love it and its well worth the money.
We loves the crosswalk handles.

I've been using this machine for about 2 weeks now everyday for 30 minute work outs. So far, I've found it to be a great machine. I was dreading having to assemble it, but the instructions were clear and easy to understand so it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Overall, I've found it to deliver everything it says it will.
