We bought this mainly for the pull-up bar, but the whole tower was a good value. My husband and I are doing a home workout program that requires a lot of pull-ups. Since I am not up to the point of doing pull-ups yet, I use resistance bands looped over the bar while my husband uses the bar for pull-ups. It can take all of that, (as long as he doesn't get off of the thing while I am still pulling on resistance bands from the side!) It is obviously very large and takes up a lot of room.

I work out 3-4 times a week, I work for myself in contruction and have a bad back,broke it in 1973, so anything I can do to stay in shape and strengthen my back is a plus.

I chose this model because it had a pull up bar and not just handles on either side as well as not tilting up at the top to minimize the height.

This product is great if you're already in decent shape but would like to tone up and strengthen a little more. If you don't have good upper body strength, this product might be difficult for you. I like that it's sturdy and can be used many different ways. It's bulky, though. And if you don't have a lot of room, you might find it hard to use both sides of the Tower easily.

I use this as a supplement to my gym workout or as a light workout on the days I can not make it to the gym. I was afraid that it may not be sturdy, but it exceeded my expectations. It is a big piece of equipment, but a great at home supplement to gym workouts.

The Power Tower was easy to assemble and goes well with any strength training regement. I did a lot of research on home workout equipment and this was by far the best price and a very good piece of equipment! A nice addition to any home workout station.
