I bring this along with me to the library sometimes if I know I have to sit on a hard wooden chair for a long time. It's nice and does retain shape well, but it has a tendency not to breathe well. It's pricey, but if your lower back hurts a lot it's worth it.

I've had lower back problems for years. Unfortunately I hurt my back a few days before we left for a 3 week trip to Europe. I really didn't know how I was going to get through it.
We happened to be routed through the Cincinnati airport on August 2, 2008. Our plane was delayed, so I had time to browse. I saw this cushion in your store, and bought it on impulse, thinking that it couldn't hurt to have it.
I used it during our flight and also in the car on our trip.
After the third day of our trip, I had no more pain. I still can't believe it! I use it every day and am so grateful to you for selling them.

Your Cincinnati store has them in red and black. The blue was on sale so I bought that, but I'd love to buy a black one.

I have pinched nerves in my lower back that make it uncomfortable to sit for any length of time. I use this when I'm riding in the car, and when sitting at home. It easily doubles the time I can sit without pain.

This cushion does what it claims. I was a bit skeptical but looking for something to relieve back stiffness from long flights. One use of this cushion and it was an obvious improvement. It is bulky, so takes space in carry on. I contemplated an inflating cushion, but think I went with the right choice.

I also had previously purchased from you the same cushion in grey that was wedge shaped. That one is preferrable for auto seats. The above is preferrable for office chair, dining chair, etc.

I use this at work everyday and have experienced back and shoulder relief.

I bought 4 of the C440412 orthopedic cushions,and really liked them,they did help my tail bone, and now it is discontinued. I just purchased the NAP ortho. cushion for [$] more and can't see any difference, don't think it is worth [$]more. [...]

In addition to having a broken tailbone, I also have pain in my left buttock, which the memory foam in this cushion alleviates rather than aggravates...which a donut does. A donut is not made for sitting in a seat with a back.
