Great way to start if you haven't worked out for awhile. Put on some music with a beat start for 10 minutes and in a couple of weeks you will be up to 30-40 minutes. Don't rely on the display for accurate information....cheap....use a clock.

This was easy to put together. Understanding this is a lo-impact tool, its easy to use. I would have liked a way to adjust the resistance on the model. Other than that, I'm happy.

This is my first excerise machine I've ever purchased. It was easy to assemble, didn't take up too much room. I use it 3 times a week. It works great. The only bad thing is it's too big to store under the bed.

I was very excited to get my air walker. However, since it is a fold-away the machine was not very sturdy, so you cannot get as good of a workout as I expected. Also, it does fold, however, it not as compact or lightweight as I expected. Does not fit under my bed, only fits in my large hall closet and takes up a lot of the closet space.

Overall its a great product, very easy to use and set up. Its a bit heavy, and underbed storage seems unlikely, unless its a pretty high bed. I think you can get a good workout on it, however, it is a bit unstable, and if you get going at quick pace, feels like the whole thing is going to move across the floor.

This is a good compact unit. It is pretty easy to take apart and put back together but it takes some strenght. I only put it away when I am having company. Not easy enough to pull out and put away daily. But it does fit in a small closet when house guest arrive!
The only con is that it can be a little wobbly.

This was ok when I began to exercise but in the warm weather I walk 3-4 hilly miles a day. Going back to this machine in the winter in no way compared to the exercise I was used to getting by walking.
