This product is great for working out, building up a proper sweat. It does not calculate accurate calories burned because it does not take into account your weight or age unfortunately. The programs are good. However, if you're used to the regular elliptical machine, you'll have to consider that you have to manually adjust the muscles you're targeting. It's not hard, it's just not what I was used to. Also, if you use batteries for this machine (which ARE NOT INCLUDED), they will only last for an hour at most. I strongly suggest getting a electrical plug from radioshack.

The incline elliptical trainer is great for a home workout. It's touch screen pad lets you change the resistance in a flash. And, it wasn't too difficult to put together. I was able to do it all by myself in a few hours.
