This tree is perfect outside a doorway entrance, or a few can be scattered among existing landscaping. It's so easy since it's cordless and the lights are nice and bright. Very festive!

I used this in a pot as was an option shown in the instructions. But it seemed very top-heavy and was blown over several times by the wind. Maybe next year I will try staking it in the ground. It does make for a very pretty decoration though.

Love the timers, these turn on at the same time and shut off at the same time every day. The battery pack & holder could use some improvemet. The pack just rests on a couple metal prongs, it was continually falling off. Needs to snap in some how. Loved the look and brightness of these little trees!

I bought this for outdoor use, but the assembly was hard and getting it into the ground was hard and turning the battery pack on was difficult.

These are very cute. They fit perfectly into the urns outside my doorway. They are a bit small to use directly in the ground, as least in my yard.

The trees thmselves while attractive cannot be trusted to light even with new batteries. The battery case was put in plastic bags to keep out the elements but still failed after the first lighting.

I love the ease of the battery-powered source: no cords! The timer feature lets you set it up and forget about it. I clustered these trees with a wreath and the swag for the mailbox - it looks beautiful!

Had this tree outside 1 night in the rain and it died...apparently you're not to leave it in the weather? What is the point then? Am I really supposed to run home and pull it out of the ground every time it rains? And if that is the case, they should clearly state that on the site...[...]don't waste your money, shop elsewhere.
