This tree is beautiful. The first artificial tree our family has ever had.I was surprised how real the tips looked. It's simple to set up and very sturdy. The only con was how long it takes to shape the tips after set up but if you're patient, it looks fantastic when complete.

product was indoors in living area. Life like and nice amount of lights. I can not get over how tough it was to set up. I am sure it will be better next year, but expected better and a cleaner product. (literally)

The picture makes the tree look great. Then you pull it out of the box and can almost see right through it. The tips are the most realistic that I've seen anywhere. Overall its not a bad buy but needs to be more full.

The lights came prestrung on the tree. One third of the lights did not work. Another third of the lights went off if you moved the tree branches. We ended up taking all the lights off -- which took more than an hour because they are intertwined tightly around each branch. We then threw all the lights out, went to the store and bought new ones. I STRONGLY suggest you sell the tree WITHOUT any lights -- just like you get a tree from a lot or off a mountain. Thanks for listening!

I was very leary about buying a Christmas tree, sight unseen, at this price. Because of the [...] name and quality of merchandise, I decided to take the risk and make the purchase. This is, by far, the most beautiful tree we've ever had, and it was very easy to set up.

I was truly disappointed in this tree especially since since the picture in the catalog was so beautiful and with the lights included was so nice. Mine is a 4 1/2 ft. the size is just right. The branches on the lower part are very disappointing, those on the top are fine. The bottom has a lot of space and no fullness.

This tree looks nothing like the picture. Metal connectors are clearly visible - and you can see the metal rod in the middle of the tree. Tree is not full - and the picture is clearly not the same tree as we received. Do not waste your money and time - we are sending it back.

Tree looks fresh cut. 2 types of greenery really make this the best looking artificial tree I've seen. And has a beautiful blue spruce coloring to it. Much better looking in person.
