The bike games made time fly. I have a regular exercise bike and could hardly ever commit 30 minutes to it, this bike makes time fly so fast you don't notice you've been on it for 20 or 30 minutes, not to mention that you look forward to getting on it and toppong your best score. The Calories burned display is also a motivational aide.
