This is a great economical product that for the price you can't beat it. Stimulates blood circulation wonderfully on the face, forhead, temples, feet, palms, finger tips, around the ears, just a great way to revive the skin and relax the muscles. Working on the Ying/Yang, Chakras, etc., in between messages. Helps with headaches, nasal congestion, indigestion.

I get headaches/migraines and have noticed using this, especially at nighttime when winding down to go to sleep it helps ease the pain and I can go to sleep easier.
I carry it with me everywhere! Just in case...
