Great! I've spent way too much on pillows that end up lumpy/not supportive. Whiplash years ago, and other pillows led to sleeping "wrong", headaches/neck and back pain, etc. I'm sleeping great with this as my primary pillow and even though it's expensive, in 3 weeks time it's paid for itself with no headaches or back pain, and great sleep! Try before you buy, it is a little more firm than I thought I would have liked, and every body is different (other pillows with the preformed curves didn't work.) Back sleeping is great, as is side sleeping, you can pull it around to support your shoulders and lean back a bit... of course, you can always use it as a "body pillow" too!

I love the size of the pillow and the ergonomical shape and feel. I wish it were a bit cheaper, but I guess you get what you paid for.

When I got it home and took it out of the box it looked and felt smaller than the one in the store, so I measured it and it is shorter than the 36 inches that it claims to be. I think I was sent an old model, that is smaller than advertised. Disappointed.
