If you want a great night's sleep, this pillow is a must. It does take a little getting used to, and can feel too hard for the first few days. But hang in there. Soon, it will be a custom fit for your head and neck.

These pillows really require break in time. The first one we bought, I hated at first and gave to my husband. He broke it in, and then I tried it again and wouldn't give it back to him. He whined until I bought this one for him, but yes, he has to break it in again. They are really firm at first, and take the getting used to, but have alleviated all the soreness I used to have with my down pillows.

I bought this for my husband to replace the one he bought 1 1/2 years ago. He really likes the support, unfortunately though it wears out and there ends up being a big dent where you lay your head. The pillow needs to be replaced every year (or two at the most). I think it's expensive to replace that often, but it does help my husband sleep so it's worth it.
