Some may replace the frame with a more expensive one, but it looks very nice the way it is. Can't beat a unique, nicely designed, matted, & framed item at this price. Nice little history of how/where the rules originated on the plaque too.

The print is attractive and is matted very well. The mat colors match and complement the print very nicely. However, the quality of the frame left me disappointed. It's made of cheap plastic, and I had to scrape the glue off the corners! I had it reframed.
