It's blends into my decor. The sound is rich and satisfying for such a small unit-and I tested many other units! It is definitely worth the extra money. Other manufacturers may try and boast of better sound than the Bose, but don't have all the great features of this sound dock. The compact size, sleek design in addition to the sound were clinchers for me. It charges my IPOD while it's plugged in too. My only wish is that it had a radio feature and the remote have more than basic ipod features. (IE: volume up/down, rewind/ff, play and stop **I purchased a separate travel case and Bose earbuds accessories for this product. I also paid more for the Bose "portable" sound dock which runs many hours off the lithium battery. Not sure if the portable is listed on this site yet.
