This is the perfect product for the avid baseball fan. You can easily see action from around the entire league, division standings and upcoming schedules. With up to the minute features, it definitely keeps you in on all the current action. However, I was somewhat disappointed with satellite coverage area.

It's a no-brainer. Just pop the batteries in and it works! The device automatically updates baseball scores about every half inning. There's no more waiting for the scores to scroll across the bottom of your TV set or logging on to your computer to check the internet for stats to a specific game.
I only wish it would tell you the start time of the games.

I use the product to check on teams competitive with the Yankees, to update my info. when I return home, to check on up to daae scores.It is very simple to use, and I was surprised about this.It was a great gift from my son.Other family members were equally enthused.

I love the fact I can take this to work and be up to date on all my scores!!!

I saw this and thought "This looks nice." The thing shows scores and standings of any team in the sport yiu bought it under. Now I don't have to go onto sportscenter to wait ten minutes to see my team's score. It's right there!

This is a unique item for the baseball fan. The Sportscast Baseball electronically keeps you up to date on all team scores, schedules and standings at your leisure. You can get an update while you are reading in your easy chair, watching TV or doing any activity. No logging on to the web, no relocating to another location, it is all right there! Have not purchased the NFL football Sportscaster, but I am sure it is a good product as well. If they ever come out with a NCAA football sportscaster, I would be on that in a heartbeat, as like baseball, the amount of teams, games and conferences would make this device even more handy than the NFL version. A very unique and good product.

I purchased this for my dad for Father's Day - he is unable to easily follow his beloved baseball team in his current hometown. He has been thrilled with the device... and for someone who has no patience with computers, I was amazed that he taught himself how to use it and hasn't had any trouble setting it up or changing the settings. (I figured - incorrectly - that I'd have to configure it for him myself.) This was the best money I've spent on a gift for him in recent memory!!

My husband, an avid Yankee fan, and a baseball purist (he calls himself) enjoys this toy. He keeps it on the desk next to his computer so that he can keep up with the scores while he is working. It is a nice gadget, it would even be better if they had the ball team's logos just to add some color and pizzaz.

This product is great! I love that it saves the last games on the screen, so if we miss one, we know right away if our team won. My husband keeps it on his office desk so he can stay up-to-date with the games if he can't watch or go. It will be particularly great later in the season and post-season when our standing depends on other teams wins and losses.

I really enjoy the Scoreboard. It's fun to keep up with scores involving my favorite teams as well as other teams. It's great to follow a game and check on the standings and even check which opponent is coming up.

The only quirk is that there is a delay in reporting late inning results that can cause confusion. For example, last night I was watching the Detroit Tigers-Colorado Rockies game. At first, it appeared that Detroit had won the game 5-2 -- there was a 0 entered in the top of the ninth inning for Colorado (but there was no FINAL symbol). A half-hour later, I noticed Colorado was ahead 6-5 and there was a 0 for Detroit in the bottom of the ninth (but no FINAL symbol). So I thought: Oh well, the Tigers lost.

So we went to bed, woke up this morning and learned that the Tigers had scored two runs in the bottom of the ninth to win 7-6 (with the FINAL symbol). Perhaps there is a different symbol that could be posted in an inning to indicate that a team is batting and isn't finished. The 0 throws me off. I assume the inning is done.

my husband is a real baseball fanatic at first i didn't think he would like it. Instructions were a little hard to figure out. But as the baseball scores started coming in he fell in love with it. The most entertainment you can have without watching the game on TV. I don't have to call home anymore to get the baseball scores. Up-to-the minute scores and accuracy make the scoreboard worth every penny. I only wish there was a travel case that came with it - I'm traveling everyday for my job and don't have a "home" base and have to carry it with me everyday. But it's definitely worth carrying! I LOVE IT! The best present my wife ever bought me!

I am a die-hard dodger fan that lives in the bronx (hate the yankees). The scoreboard lets me keep track of my team at all times. I works nights so this device is great for me. I also work where there is no cable tv available. I can keep updated scores of all mlb teams. The one drawback that keeps me from giving this a perfect 5 is the division standings do not update until the next morning. If you want access to any mlb team's scores at all times, this is the device for you. I take it with me everywhere.

I love this thing. We use it all the time. Sometimes you can't be in front of the TV or at the game and it is portable and easy to use. I love it so much I bought one for my stepson and my brother-in-law.
