This is a good product, but it would not be the most functional for a business traveler. In my case, I needed it for an item that required a consistent power supply and the conversion process did have "hiccups."

All the outlets I encountered in France were round and recessed. The red adapter for France was not the proper shape in order to plug into an outlet. I was unable to use the converter kit at all. Unfortunately, I disposed of the original packaging and the store would not take it back.

I could not use this China or Korea. In hong kong I used this for my flat iron and the coverter started to smoke. I only bought this for the dual wattage. I ended up having to buy another less expensive set from the hotel that worked much better. It was lighter and more reliable.
I returned the product the minute I returned home.

This converter passed the acid test in Argentina, where virtually every plug is different. It gave us reliable power and even let us use a high wattage travel iron. I recently bought one for my godson, and will shortly be buying another for myself, as ours was stolen on our last trip. (When we tried--and failed--to replace it in Argentina, we found out how compact, efficient, and cheap the [...]converter is.)

Product is easy to figure out how to use. Color coded by region of the world. Worked on the hairdryer and digital camera I needed to plug in.
It slipped out of an outlet and no longer worked. Not its fault it fell, but fall wasn't that far. Would have been nice if it was more durable. Also it was heavy.
