I am working out at a gym after many years sitting at a desk job. This scale is helping me track the changes in my body as I work out with weights and eat a healthier diet. It tells you the fat content of your body, your hydration level, etc. You can program in your age, heighth, activity level etc., for up to four people. I just received this and am very happy with it so far. Plus it is really modern and sleek looking, unlike most scales.

This is very informative. I really like the fact that it stores the information for up to 4 users and even has a spot for guests to use it as well. Would prefer to have it password coded so others could not see my information but it's ok. Would have gotten the one with a wall mounted monitor if the price wasn't so prohibited but most of the numbers on this one are large enough to see and it does store the information so you can look at it closer after you step off.
